This is a diff drop kit designed for lifted Toyota Hilux, FJ Cruiser and Prado 120/150 Series models.


It lowers the front differential slightly to reduce CV joint angles after a suspension lift, helping to prevent premature wear and vibration. The kit is built to suit mounting points and provides a straightforward, reliable solution to keep driveline geometry within safe limits.

You’ll know the diff drop components are due for replacement when there’s noticeable movement in the diff mounts or new vibration from the front driveline after a lift.


Worn or perished bushes, loose brackets, or bolts that no longer hold torque are common signs the kit has started to fatigue. If the vehicle begins to show increased CV angle, grease leakage from the CV boots, or a return of clicking noises under load, it’s worth checking the diff drop hardware.


Any visible wear on the spacers, brackets or mounting bushes is a clear indication that replacement is needed to keep the front diff secure and the driveline running smoothly.
