Block Assy Fusible Link (GENUINE TOYOTA)

This is a fusible-link block assembly (part number 82620-60030) that houses and protects the main fusible links for the vehicle’s electrical system.

It provides a central, easily serviceable location for the high-current fuses that protect major circuits — starter, alternator, fuel system and other primary circuits — preventing electrical faults from causing wiring damage or fire.

The block is designed to mount securely in the engine bay and features clearly labelled terminals and robust connections to handle high current loads. When fitted correctly it keeps the fusible links dry, tidy and accessible for inspection or replacement, and helps maintain reliable electrical distribution across the vehicle.

You’ll know the fusible link block needs replacing when the vehicle suddenly loses power to major systems, such as no crank, no charging, or dead electrics. If the links keep blowing for no clear reason, that’s another sign.

Check for corrosion on the terminals, melted or discoloured plastic, or a burnt-electrical smell around the block. A blown link will usually leave the connected system completely dead.

Any signs of burning, loose connections, or heat damage mean the block should be replaced rather than trying to patch individual links.
